As u know coriander leaves are used in different varieties in curries, dals, pickles, chutneys, stews etc.. Today i am shring with you different n spicy style chutney learned from my sister-in-law. U can have this with hot rice, chapathi, idly or dosa. Very simple n easy to prepare n tasty too..

ROASTED DAL POWDER / PUTNALAPAPPU PODI / PAPPULA PODI


PAPPULAPODI / PUTNALAPAPPU PODI.. This is one of my favorite powder used as side dish for rice, idly, dosa n upma... Also u can use in curries. This is a very mild sweet, spicy, simple, easy and tasty recipe, very quick to prepare with very few ingredients. I like to have this fresh with hot rice and ghee.. I prepare this in large quantities and will store in an air tight container.

BOTTLEGOURD CURRY/ SORAKAYA KURA


SORAKAYA also known as BOTTLE GOURD very rich in water content, dietary fiber and low in fat vegetable,very rich in iron and vitamins. This is cooked in various varieties as stew, chutney and curries. Today i am sharing with you simple curry which is little spicy by adding special powder. Very easy to prepare and takes less time, goes best with chapati,roti or rice.
