ALOO GOBI MASALA


ALOO GOBI.... yummmm.... This is a very popular combination curry made with potatoes and cauliflower.Potatoes are very rich in carbohydrates and cauliflower is very rich in vitamin c and dietary fiber. This combination is prepared in different varities as fry, dry curry n etc.. using different varieties of spices. But today i am sharing with you simple and easy gravy curry. Goes best with roti, pulka or naan.

This is very good in summer season as it cools and reduces the heat of the body. This recipe i learned from my mom as she grown up in chittor in her childhood. So i mentioned as rayalseema style.. TOTAKURA PESARAPAPPU PULUSU CURRY


Hi all !! Today i am sharing with you a different style of amaranthus/totakura curry. I learned this from my mom in law. This is for u attamma.....Totakura is very rich in iron, potassium, vitamins and minerals. This one is one of my favorite leafy vegetable among all. I love all the recipes made with this leafy vegetable. So today i tried this in different style mixed with moongdal and tamarind juice. Moongdal is also very good for health as it helps in reducing the heat of body.
