GREEN CHUTNEY



The very famous GREEN CHUTNEY. This one is regularly used in chat items and can be used as dip and spread also. U can use it as dip for tikka and kebab items and used as spread on sandwiches. Very easy to prepare....


Preparation time and cooking time : 10 min

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup coriander leaves/kotthimeera
1/2 cup mint leaves/pudina
1 small onion
5-6 green chillies
1 inch ginger piece
7-8 garlic pods
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt as per taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Take a mixer jar and add all the above ingredients and grind into a smooth paste. Place in an air tight jar and store in refrigerator. This will be fresh for 7 days. Lemon juice helps in chutney fresh n tasty. 

When using as dip mix with some curd and serve. Tastes yummy...
