EGGLESS VANILLA CUPCAKES/ MUFFINS


CUPCAKES.... One of the favorite recipe for kids... Yesterday i was watching a cooking show and they prepared cupcakes using fruits.. after watching that i got a thought to prepare this cupcakes that too egg less... So guys today i am sharing with you a very simple and easy basic egg less cupcakes.. Prepare and serve to your kids and friends..


Preparation time : 20 min
Cooking time : 20 min
Yields 6 cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

1 cup maida/flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla essence

METHOD OF PREPARATION


  •  Preheat the oven at 160c
  • Take a mixing bowl, add butter and sugar, mix until the mixture is creamy.
  • Add milk, vinegar, vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Then add maida and baking powder and mix well so that there are no lumps. Mix until it is smooth.
  • Grease the muffin moulds with butter and maida. If u use silicon moulds no need of greasing.
  • Transfer this batter to the muffin moulds. Only half of the mould should be filled with batter. If it is completely filled when baking the batter may drop on the baking tray.
  • Transfer these muffin moulds on the baking tray and keep in the oven.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 160c for 20 min.
  • Once cooled garnish with your favourite sauce and serve.
When you are mixing the batter mix it in only one direction. This helps in making the cook smooth.
